Intelligia is the high end hearing aids with 9-12 channels powered by many advanced, user-friendly features. The latest family member of hearing instruments is the creation of the world first truly interactive hearing aid, Aurale. This instrument smartly interacts with users, dispensers and manufactures in real time. Micro-DSP has designed much innovative fitting software, such as JustFit, SpeachMaster, and AudioPro, our own interface box to connect digital hearing aids with computers for programming.

In the field of speech communication, Micro-DSP is the proud developer of the award winning stuttering treatment device: SpeechEasy,  a True Fluency Device. SpeechEasy is a patented and innovative fluency device, based on more than ten years' research and clinical studies. It has demonstrated 80-90% of success rate in treating stuttering patients. This device has renewed the hope of speaking fluently for more than 60 million patients around the world. Because of the significant contribution to the city of Greenville, NC, in 2002, Micro-DSP was proudly presented with a golden key to the city, a special honor to MDSP. In 2006, Micro-DSP created an affordable version of SpeechEasy, iSpeak, a MP3 look -like device based on the same working principles as SpeechEasy.

Presently stuttering patients have been helped by SpeechEasy in USA, Canada, Norway, Germany, UK, South Africa, Israel, Australia, Spain, China, Korea and other countries. A dozen of patents have thus been created in associated with SpeechEasy and its related technologies while more than 120 research papers have been written in a various languages and published in most prestigious scientific journals around the world.

While Micro-DSP continues with its success in developing hearing and speech products, it has further expanded its research and development interest into other areas of hearing care, such as tinnitus, a disorder affecting millions of people around the world. After two year intensive research and development, in 2006, MDSP successfully developed the first integrated tinnitus evaluation and management instrument, TinniTest This module based digital system can work either as a stand alone audiology evaluation instrument and also as a special tinnitus diagnostic machine. Built on a sophisticated digital platform, TinniTest boasts a powerful, versatile and accurate processing capability in delivering a full range of testing stimuli at various levels. The proprietary algorithm powers all functions that easily meet the needs of clinical assessment and management of tinnitus. TinniTest and its related treatment products have received approval from SFDA and registered with FDA in USA. It was officially launched worldwide in 2007. Ever since, it has generated great interest among patients, clinicians and researchers worldwide.

In 2008, MDSP has released the first line of smart audiometers which can perform all functions of audiologic assessment automatically, intelligently and digitally. MDSP ZD-71 is a premium audiometer with built in sound level meter and MDSP ZD-21 is business level instrument that provides all of the basic audiologic evaluations at affordable prices.
