Micro-DSP, a leading developer of low power digital applications in the field of human communication, sponsored two research posters at the 24 American Academy of Audiology held in Boston from March 28 through 31. The first one entitled The Development and Application of the Dynamic Databank for Clinical Tinnitus Assessment , introduces a tinnitus data bank and its clinical applications; the second paper, entitled as The Role of ChineseAudiology Website in the Public Education of Hearing Loss Prevention in China, discusses the establishment and operation of an internet information portal on audiology. The two papers were well received at the convention. More audiologists and hearing professionals around the world are beginning to understand more and more about what is happening in the field of audiology in China.
